Hi I’m Gilles – Your Partner in Growth
As a dedicated Husband & Father of three, I understand the importance of Family, self-care and building meaningful connections in both my personal and professional life.
My story is deeply rooted in resilience and community. Growing up in a small Canadian Northern town with a big family, it fostered strong bonds and a strong work ethic. Looking back, having lost my mom to cancer at the delicate age of 13, it was very challenging to overcome. In fact, I am not sure I ever have. Often through pain comes growth, I was blessed to have family, friends and a community that rallied around me highlighting the importance of support and connection, something I use in my coaching approach in every session.
Through my journey, I realized that my personal success comes from helping others. My coaching certification and self-study taught me that in order to help others at the highest level, I must be the best version of myself. This was not an easy transition, like most I always prioritized the well-being of others before my own. Today, my journey to becoming the best version of myself is ongoing, I understand my why and I am a lifelong learner. My constant energy & passion for helping others fuels my desire to learn, improve and share. I am excited to share what I have uncovered. As a Sales Coach, elevating others is my why, combining my over 30 years of sales & leadership experience while embracing the whole person concept, I am motivated to help as many people as I can become the best version of themselves while reaching personal & business heights never thought imaginable
